Basic fundamental boxing techniques are the essential
elements that comprise the boxing curriculum.
Extreme emphasis is placed on solid principles of
defensive conditioning and the proper execution of
offensive skills.

~ Classes are structured according to professional training standards.
The proper execution of fundamental offensive and defensive skills are
emphasized.Proper execution reduces risk of injury such as torn
muscles and unnecessary wear and strain on joints, which are
common injuries associated with aerobic classes that teach
improper kicks and punches. OUR classes our
NOT aerobic classes, they incorporate actual kickboxing training
drills that provide intense cardiovascular stimulation and self-defense
techniques. Workout include an emphasis on stretching, defensive skills,
heavy bag drills, ring maneuvers and strategies.~
